The repairs were reasonably priced, and they were able to obtain the parts and make the repairs within 48 hours of my first contact. I also had it in my mind that I needed them to replace belts and hoses, perform a tune-up and replace my tires. After an inspection, they advised against the other repairs as not yet necessary. This represented approximately $360 more business for them. They earned my trust by being honest with me about what was and wasn't necessary.

While electrical work is not their main line of service, Windham resolved a wiring issue I had with my 2005 Toyota Sequoia. The rear door would not lock remotely and one of the head rst DVD players would not work. They were able to pull the dash and find a wiring issue caused by a recent installation of XM radio by another vendor. They resolved the issue quickly and I was more than happy to pay the $79.

The price at Windham Tire and Auto Clinics is fair. I think their quality of service is good.

On more than one occasion I have taken a vehicle in for service for brake work for example but told the brakes are good for another 5 to 10 thousand miles, come back then.

I discussed this with the owner and she said her mechanics are paid a salary and not a commission so they don't have the pressure of making a sale that is not needed. She had worked for other dealer ships prior to opening Windham Tire which paid mechanics on a commission basis and saw the abuse of replacing parts that were not really needed.

This is the only place I would take my vehicle to because they know who I am when I walk in. They remember the vehicle and what work they did when I visited them last. They are very friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. They do not try to sell unnecessary things to me and allow me to compare the prices keeping the quality of service in mind – they are not pushy. They have good quality of service and the workers are very knowledgeable. They try to get you in an out as quickly as they can – usually it is the same day service unless they have to order a part for the vehicle or anything similar to it. They try to do everything that they can to keep the price down - they try to use used parts if you want or they can also buy new ones.

It went great. A mechanic in Atlanta had told my daughter she needed new brake pads and rotors on both the front and bath. The mechanic at Windham said her back brakes were fine. They could have performed the unnecessary work and charged us and we would not have known the difference. I appreciated their honesty. When we asked about the alignment, they said they would drive the car after the brakes were done and see if it was still needed. The alignment turned out to be needed, but I appreciated them checking first. We have used Windham in the past and have always been pleased with their work.

I thought I had a bad Interstate battery & took it to them for warranty, even though I didn't buy it from them, & they were very courteous & charged & checked the battery. Is was good, which led us to the starter. They could have said I needed a new starter charged me much more but didn't. I was impressed with their honesty. Their labor & parts were very reasonable.

Windham Tire & Auto Clinics did a great job on my Van. They were extremely quick in finishing the work. It took them about a day. They were also very courteous which was something I appreciated. They explained all the work they were going to do beforehand and offered to have someone take me home and pick me up. I have recommended them to people I know and will keep using them myself

It took a bit longer than I expected for Windham Tire & Auto Clinic to finish repairing my jeep. It took them about 3 days. They also placed me in a very dangerous situation because when they replaced the brakes they forgot to put the caliper bolts back in which could have caused a serious accident. When I called them and let them know what happened they were very quick to resolve the situation and they were extremely apologetic about the situation.
