Called Tuesday, came Thursday. Very prompt. Very professional. In and out in 30 minutes. Even wore those little booties so as not to track up the carpet. Will be calling again when needed.

The appointment time was 9:45. Randy called at 9:15 to advise he was on his way. He arrived at 9:35. He inspected the attic unit and then checked the outside AC unit. He noticed that the dryer vent was only a few feet away from the AC unit. He said that the hot air from the dryer would cause the AC unit to work harder and increase my power bill. He acknowledged that relocating the vent was probably not likely but if I ever had the chance it should be moved.
He completed the service around 10:15.
