They've completed the job and it went very well. They build houses for our suburban area. They build complimentary houses. They have project managers for each job. They are managing each and every crew.

The estimator was punctual and very professional.  Arrived on time, and responded with a written estimate when he said it would be complete.  It was a fair price for the work to be done, not the highest, not the lowest.  We decided not to do the work at that time.

Twin Construction made the process of gutting a kitchen as easy as possible. Everyone that we came in contact with was highly professional. Having a Project Manager available every day of the project helped things run smoothly and provided an easy contact when needed. The glitches that always occur with a project this size were minimal and handled on a timely basis. I would highly recommend Twin to anyone needing a high quality team that cares about the customer.

Although it took longer for Twin Construction to get started than we'd hoped, once the project was underway it went very smoothly. They cleaned up each day after themselves, which we appreciated very much. The project manager was professional and very trustworthy.

They did a really good job. We were extremely pleased.

One of the owners came to my house to meet me and get an idea of the work involved, then he sent me an estimate. Everyone on the team was courteous and professional. They always showed up when they said they would, did their work, and cleaned up when they left. At the end, they not only cleaned up and made the area perfect, they painted a place on my house where the old deck had been. Twin definitely goes above and beyond what's expected. I'm recommending them to all my friends. I understand there are cheaper companies who'll do work on your house - but - your house is not where you want to skimp!

Twin Construction is run by two gentlemen that are biological twins. They are good looking and clean-cut and thus good at making a sale and making the client think they will do a good job. Sadly, the are utterly incompetent at building homes. I cannot recall a single thing they did on our job that was done correctly on the first try. Not included in the above cost is the cost of bringing in a new builder to fix all of their errors.
