I called at 3:30 and got there by 4:30. They stayed late to get the tire repaired for me. I felt they went above and beyond.

I have purchased tires from Tire Engineers franchise on multiple occasssions. I love the options, the service, and the road hazard warranty that comes with the tire purchase. At one point in time, I was in there every other week with a flat tire for repair - no expense, no hassle. When I finally purchased new tires, they gave me a great deal, fast and efficient service, and I know that I can depend on them again in the future to provide the same great service.

These people are fine for tires, but I cannot recommend them for anything else. In my case, they didn't reinstall the plug correctly after replacing the oil, and it blew out a couple of days later while I was driving on the Interstate. I had it towed to the local Nissan dealer in Cullman, AL, and they said that the oil filter was loose as well, as though it had never been properly tightened.
Tires, OK. Anything else, go SOMEWHERE else. Bottom line.

Tire Engineers has never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. On multiple occassions, they have inspected our car and told us that we didn't need any work done and didn't charge us for the inspection. I respect a business that doesn't try to "fix" something that doesn't need to be fixed. They are more than willing to help you figure out the problem and if they can't fix it will reccomend someone who can.
