Furnace was not heating due to basement flooding. He showed up on time, and was able to replace the motherboard instead of the entire furnace. He was very helpful and professional during the whole process. I would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Excellent experience!  They came recommended by my property manager, Marc Perlman of Leitman-Perlman (another stellar outfit).  They quoted quickly, gave me several options, and responded IMMEDIATELY once I made up my mind what I wanted.  I had gotten quotes from three different companies.  TSM was the lowest bidder.  Mr. Thomas was very pleasant and accomodating when I presented a tight deadline.  I think the job turned out to be a bit bigger than they expected but they did not upcharge me and they still completed it well within deadline.  The technicians were maybe a bit rough around the edges but they were pleasant, friendly, polite, and respectful.  They answered my questions, tolerated my nosiness, and cleaned up beautifully.  Two weeks after the new tenants moved into the space they complained about the A/C freezing up.  TSM came out and discovered that it was not the unit they had installed; rather it was one that was already there.  They fixed the problem with the old unit and did not charge me.  How's that for giving a customer more/better service than promised?!  Highly recommended.  I think they do residential work, too.

They were fast, and they installed the unit quicker than I expected. They did the job quickly and correctly. It wasn’t anything outstanding, but they did what they said they would do. We have two offices, and they were recommended by the owner of the building, and that is how we began using them; the owners had been using them too. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
