Description of Work: I had three different techs work on my unit, and none of them adequately repaired it.. Josh was the fourth, and I hit the jackpot with him. He gave me in home service at a price much below most of the other contractors that I've used. After being burned so many times, I was careful to check all his documents showing that he had completed a total of four courses in various areas of computer technology. There were a few small extra problems that he corrected at no charge, after he completed the rest of the tasks. I have already recommended him to several of my friends. Glynn R.
