I couldn’t trust them. I found metal wire twisted into my bedsheet after they made the bed, which caused a tear that ruined the sheets. I don’t know if it was on purpose or not, but I still can’t imagine how it got there or where it even came from. They also flushed a rag down the toilet, and it has never worked the same. And lot of other little things, like finding my things moved from one end of the house to the other. Plus I cancelled my service over a month ago, and still haven’t gotten my key back.

We called to finally let them go tonight. We got home and the did not clean our bathroom and did not vacuum the bed room.. We just called the manager last week to tell him how unhappy we were. So we had high hopes this week and they did the worst job since we hired them. My friend that suggested we use them gave them up last month. They must have a major management problem. There is boo follow up from them at all.

The two ladies did not clean the ceiling fans and they did not move furniture to clean behind and under those places, since I did not detail those instructions ahead of time.

They did a pretty good job.

They do a great job.They provide a list of what they're going to do each week so that you can evaluate their work specifically, and they meet my expectations.

I started using them a year ago. They come out once a week. They do the best cleaning job than any other company that I have ever used. I spend about $80 every time they come out. They are really good and I will continue to use them.

Update - notified the company that we were ending our reltionahip and asked for our key back. They said they would destroy it for us we asked for it to be returned they said they would after it was destroyed. That was almost two weeks ago, shameful behavior




Progressivley deteriorating quality, mynwife is your standard clean the house before the cleaning folks come anyway, yet we continue to find find item sundone, small furniture pieces unmoved and accumulated dust/dirt is the usual place we would clean ifnwe did it on our own, rarely do we see the sma efolks and most recently we suspect these folks in the dissappearance small amount of cash we had kept behind a bread basket because my wife and I are perpetually looking for small bills for tooth fairy money for our kids.
I plan to put the owner on notice that if no consistent improvement there done

The girls do a great job. They get in, do what they came to do and get out. They are very thorough and even fold the end of the toilet paper in to a cute little point. When I come home, my house is sparkling!

I've been very pleased. The ladies are very nice. I've been home because when they first came I had knee surgery which is why I started it. They are very nice, very courteous. They do their work very efficiently. I am very well pleased with them.

We have used Cleaning Authority for the past six months, once monthly for general cleaning. Today we were ROBBED by one of their cleaners of my wife's wedding band and engagement ring. Luckily one of us always comes home around lunch time after their morning cleaing to let out the dog and check on the house. My wife checked her jewelry and the rings were gone. The police were involved immediately and one of the rings recovered from the cleaner when they arrived back to the main office. Phil the manager never apoligized nor was sympathetic. We are still waiting to see if they recover the other ring or if it made it to a pawn shop.

They were good. They did what they said they would do. The house was clean and they were on time.

Excellent. They have an area of special emphasis every time, such as cleaning kitchen, range top, special attention to baseboards over a four time period of rotation, they give special emphasis to everything. I've been very pleased. I've called them to come back for specific concerns only three or four times in the 18 months, and each time they've done so promptly. In addition, we have never experienced any theft or concern about breakage.
