Shawn exceeded our expectations on the island he completed for us. The quality of his work is exceptional and his price was fair. He ordered all the hardware I needed at his discounted price. Shawn was always on time, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would recommend him to anyone who has small jobs around the house to be finished!

We were home as we are both disabled, so it all took a little longer than usual, but he didn't disturb our normal routine. He was exceptionally nice the entire time. My wife and I are very pleased with everything he did and will not hesitate to call him again. Actually we've discussed our future plans with Mr. Dawson.

We were very impressed with Shawn. He was very knowledgeable and creative. He had a can do attitude and he seemed very trustworthy. He understood what our needs were and my desire to balance what I could do myself to save money and what I needed help with. He even offered to do a couple of small things at no extra cost. For the things I could do he gave good advise as to how to accomplish them.
With his knowledge and experienced I wondered why he was working as a handyman. Apparently it was his way of dealing with the slowness of work during the recession, I told you he is creative!
Ventilation system is working well, of course I won't know for sure how well will work till the hot steamy days of summer return :-).
Next time we need to hire someone to do projects around the house we probably will not even shop around. We'll just call Shawn. We found a good guy and intend to stick with him.

When you call him he will return your call that day or the next day. As I said he is a handy man and can repair many things.
He gives you an estimate for each item with a price and he will email the information to you. When you decide what you want done he will comes out and starts on his list and then goes to the next item. He does works in a timely fashion.
Very please with his work.
