It went very well. The tenants were very happy with both the quality of the work and the timely completion of the jobs.
The price was much lower than it would have been had I had my property manager do the work.
John communicates well and demonstrated integrity, as well as good judgement in meeting our needs.
Not only has John become my go to guy, I'm recommending him to all of you as well. He is my third handyman in Birmingham. He is the only one that has earned my trust.
