"The owners job is complete and we did not damage his property. I have agreed to come back to this property to address his punchlist of items less than $500 several times. I even offered a $2500 credit in lieu of his punchlist if he didn't want to pay. I gave him a discount off his bill for items he was unsatisfied with and he still wanted me to fix those items after the credit was given. The owner refuses to pay his bill of $7000 and still wants me to do repairs that were not on the invoice at his house. He wants the repairs done and refuses to pay for the work. When I offered to come back to address the items, I was refused entry into his home because he doesn't want to work on a resolution. He only wants to slander my company while enjoying the beautiful work we did for him. My track record speaks for itself. That's why I was hired in the first place. We pride ourselves in customer service over 20 years and have never had a complaint until now. The truth will prevail. Let me add that the owner had 4 additional contractors working on the property while we were working with him. He has complained about everyone and has not paid any of his bills in full. We are not the problem."
