"Thank you for posting on this site. We are thrilled that you are satisfied with the work performed. Not any excuses for the communications as we are always trying to get better. This has been an extremely busy season and as hard as we try to contact everyone with information regarding there particular job, we do get behind with it sometimes. "I have dealt with this customer personally on several occasions. We did a sand change and repaird freeze damage due to neglect of the equipment. No maintenance or service other than that was done. An estimate on a Polaris cleaner was done in house. The cleaner was in bad repair, the customer bought and used parts from us then wanted a refund on used parts when he chose to purchase a cleaner on online. The problems with their equipment has nothing to do with our work, but the homeowners attempt to save by the "do it yourself" method! I personally take offense to the name calling and slander of their comments and will contact them to discuss this report. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction and I am accessible to deal with any issues when a customer feels it necessary. The member's can contact me also if they would like to discuss this matter. The late fees mentioned do not get added until bills are past due several months.."
"We strive to work within the "estimates" that we provide customers on delivery, sometimes manufacturing and distribution issues prevent us from meeting these expectations. We also sometimes don't communicate this to the customer promptly like they or we would like. We don't like these instances and would have welcomed a conversation with the homeowner to resolve or explain these issues. Not sure any company does "complimentary" cleanings! This is a business and as such we try to run it in a professional manner. Again I would welcome a conversation with the homeowner.+"
