Brad came and looked at our hot tub and assessed it and repaired it within a week. We bought this hot tub new. It is considered "portable". Another company told us it was not worth fixing and tried to sell me another one, they installed it in the first place. It is built in so to speak and I explained this to Brad and told him to tell me if it was "fixable". It took two tries but he found the problems and repaired it. I am happy. This is the first time I have used this company and they performed their services as I requested. They called me back when I had questions, he even called me to explain how the actual heating cycle works, cause I was confused. I plan to use them this summer to replace the liner on my pool. Nice people.

They are a bunch of morons. They charged us $800 but they couldn't fix the problem. They are literally stumbling bumbling idiots. They don't know anything more about pools than a hobo you'd find next to the railroad tracks. They are okay as a pool chemical company that we go to. They use a water treatment machine and scan the water and tell us what we need. They also purport to be a pool service company that comes out and fixes problems. They couldn't get things right or get it to work after charging me a lot of money. They even charged me a late fee until I paid it. I should have gone with another company because they seem to really know what they're doing.

"I have dealt with this customer personally on several occasions. We did a sand change and repaird freeze damage due to neglect of the equipment. No maintenance or service other than that was done. An estimate on a Polaris cleaner was done in house. The cleaner was in bad repair, the customer bought and used parts from us then wanted a refund on used parts when he chose to purchase a cleaner on online. The problems with their equipment has nothing to do with our work, but the homeowners attempt to save by the "do it yourself" method! I personally take offense to the name calling and slander of their comments and will contact them to discuss this report. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction and I am accessible to deal with any issues when a customer feels it necessary. The member's can contact me also if they would like to discuss this matter. The late fees mentioned do not get added until bills are past due several months.."

We weren't very impressed by their customer service. They were not very quick to respond to us. We ordered a new spa cover and it took 2-3 weeks longer to get it than they had originally said. They don't do complimentary cleanings of the spa, or haul away the old cover. They did offer us $50 off for the inconvenience. We would not use them in the future.

"We strive to work within the "estimates" that we provide customers on delivery, sometimes manufacturing and distribution issues prevent us from meeting these expectations. We also sometimes don't communicate this to the customer promptly like they or we would like. We don't like these instances and would have welcomed a conversation with the homeowner to resolve or explain these issues. Not sure any company does "complimentary" cleanings! This is a business and as such we try to run it in a professional manner. Again I would welcome a conversation with the homeowner.+"

All work was completed quickly and as requested. Technician came back two additional times to recheck chemicals in water and balance as necessary. Was courteous and professional and took time to explain to me exactly what he had done and what to expect. Patiently answered several questions I had about ongoing maintenance.
