I've been seeing Wendy at the 280 store for several visits (and sometimes, Sam) over the last several years. Both do an excellent job with coloring and styling. The last time I saw Wendy, she colored my hair, but then turned me over to someone else to blow dry/style my hair. This second person did not seem to be a stylist, although I was charged for the styling which turned out to be ugly. In all of my visits, I have never been thanked for the 20% tip that I leave each time, which I find to be very rude. The final straw was that they have gone up on their prices again. I've stopped going to this salon because of their high prices and lack of common courtesy to thank me for the tip. This salon is just too expensive for me, especially in this economy when most people have not received a raise since 2007. If money is not a problem, this is the salon for you.
PS I'm not sure of the exact date of my last visit. I thought it was January of this year, but it was in the latter months of 2013.
