Ryan was very responsive when I called and he provided examples of other jobs he had completed. He answered the phone each time I called (or called back soon thereafter) and even provided aesthetic suggestions when I had to decide among various rail/spindle types, providing visual aids in the form of binders with photo pages. He arrived in a company van with his name on the side, and I must say I was very impressed with the cleanliness/organization within the work van. Ryan worked with one other guy, both were extremely conscientious and cleaned up every speck of sawdust after their day's work. I was so comfortable with his presence I left the house to run errands while he and his partner worked. They even put up a work tent outside my door when it rained so as not to damage their equipment, track mud through the house, and continue work in horrible weather conditions.  After the job was completed, he took an 'after' shot of his work and then showed me various other projects he's completed. He obviously enjoys his work and it shows. I will definitely use Ryan again in the future for any carpentry work we hire out. Overall, very professional and beautiful work - a true artisan in his trade!
