"We understand the frustration of having a delay of a job or project. We also understand the importance of communication, this particular project was a very undecided project between Stratus and yourself. Stratus completed any and all requests but had minimal access to the property at times. We take pride in our work and making sure that everything gets completed in a timely manner but as a business we also have a responsibility to take care of our workers just as much has our home/business owners. We received Zero payment for this project and you as the customer called a different company the day before of your scheduled time."
