I called Southeastern Jewelry and told them I had a 'basket' full of costume and other jewelry items and I needed the items appraised to sell online, they said come on down - no appt necessary.
I walked in, was greeted warmly and Renee came over and went through the entire basket to help me with a estimate value of the jewelry - we spent an hour or so and she didn't charge me a dime!
Would absolutely use them in future for any jewelry needs I have.

A positive experience overall, they were delayed 3 times in getting to my job due to emergencies; however they called each time and explained the situation. When they arrived, they had the proper equipment for the job and the entire job was completed in a very short time. They cleaned up my property and completely removed all the debris.

The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable, had years of experience, and was able to offer a solution to fixing the problem I had with pearls which had been strung incorrectly.

They did a good job. We were satisfied.

This jewelry company did a fantastic job with this old ring! I was really suprized when I picked it up! It looked superb and brand new! The jewelers were all quite nice with their sweet southern accents to go along with their friendly service. My daughter loved her ring when she got it! They also were quite expeditious in getting the job done in a timely fashion.

I made a call to this jeweler to determine their location and if they did this kind of work. They did and their location was right down the street from my house. I dropped in about an hour after my call and within 15 minutes walked out with a repaired watch.
