"I was there on time for both the appointment for the measure and also for the installation. As far as I knew , everything was fine with the install because the customer never informed me otherwise that anything was wrong. It was a " Big Deal " installation which we loose money on anyway because of having to do two different trips out."

"Im puzzuled by this response because I did not even do any work for this customer ? She did call once before, several months ago when the " Big Deal " was introduced and I did inform her at the time of her call that in the " fine print " section of the " Big Deal " that it clearly states that the Big Deal- only applies to First Story Windows Only !!! But if she had 1st story windows, No Problems We could certainly take care of that, Why do certain folks have issues with reading everything; especially the exclusions and the fine print so has to Not have any issues later on ? This customer called back again 2 months later and much hotter in the summer, but once again,she wanted to do those 2nd story windows. It clearly states, No 2nd story windows for that price ! I do not bring out any tall ladders to do " free quotes " We have to get paid for our time/labor, gas, and expenses in doing quotes with any ladder work ! Just like you would if you were hiring a plumber or electrician.We do Not do service/measure calls- especially tall ladder measure /service calls for free ! We do quality work and sell very high quality films that work as by our many great testimonials where the rubber meets the road and over a long period of time with "extremely fast payback on the investment " You get " exactly " what you pay for, especially with films/tinting . Spoke with [member name removed] just today and he informed me that the film is working so well that he was able to hold off at least 4 hrs in the hot morning sun to cut the AC on to cool the front of the house in 93 degree heat too I might add ! So, can you imagine that everyday, all summer long ? Wow !!! What incredible savings on the power bill during the hot summer months. I think it would be fair to say that Mr. [member name removed] has already more than gotten his money back in savings on the AC and comfort that my film has provided ! Thank You and God Bess"

"In response to (deleted member name); 1) We do not bring out 12 ft really tall ladders for a 18 ft tall window ( that (deleted member name) never told me was 18ft high ? ) for a" free estimate ". Therefore sometimes we have to " guestimate " the size but why does all that matter as long as the work is preformed resposnsibly, correctly and the product works for a very discounted reasonable price which (deleted member name) agreed to upfront ? And Yes all those were done as well as being " on time " on both trips out ! I did and always do spend time talking, teaching, and explaning my film products , my " best" product which again, (deleted member name) agreed to purchase ahead of time. I also brough extra film and Yes my ladder just in case my guestimate was wrong; and ALL the work was preformed the same day in a very expedient time as to not take up a lot of (deleted member name) time. As far as the 5% discount goes, IF ? (deleted member name), being ex military veteran had actually looked at the fine print, He would have seen that you cannot use the 5% discount along with the " Big Deal" and get 2 discounts on the same job, but since it seemed to be a "issue" for him,so I agreed to let him use it just this one time as a favor. I also Never told (deleted member name) that my estimate did not include the film,as that is a ridiculous assumption and comment which is Never the case in my business, Ever ! And my numbers never changed on my estimate, the " facts " are that (deleted member name) wanted me to waive the sales tax of 10% , go figure and apply the extra 5% as well, go figure ? And I strongly disagreed and informed him it would not be waived, no matter what. That`s the real reason for his negative comments. My film product that was applied is working great,is doing " exactly what I said it would do for the heat and fading ", it will never, ever peel at any point, I have been in business over 30 years !!!, There is a very good reason why. I guess sometimes you just can`t please some folks, no matter what you do and no matter what kind of a " discounted big deal " that you offer and give them ? As stated before; you cannot use a 5% discounted coupon on top of a "already discounted " deal, it is in the " fine print " as strictly outlined in Angie`s List " Big Deals " It is right there in Black and White and it is very easy to read as well. And , Why give me a bad grade on price when you " agree to it upfront, ahead of time " ?, and why give me a B when in fact it is stated by Mr. Todd himself that I was always " on time " and very punctual ? Why a C on Quality when the product is working great, no peeling, no creases, no warranty issues and it is doing its job as stated by (deleted member name) himself ? "The customer refused a free visit to prove with meters that our product works and has for 25 years !, what else can we do ? Our products surely work for the rest of our customers based on all our other reviews ! It speaks for itself that this customer, having a (metal door) was in fact mistaken and would not allow us ( for free i might add ) to prove our product was working as its supposed to ! Thank You"

"We installed our Nano Ceramic film for this install, No metals, No dyes ! No reflectvity, No shiny look Great heat rejection !!! Clear view ! Even at night ! We also included for Free; a window that was 20Ft high in the foyer , a 500.00 normal charge for a window that high up that lets in a lot of heat ! And also cleaned the foyer area and ledge for no charge as well. The film looks awesome and works, Looks great as well."
