They were efficient and they were on time. They did good work. The price was okay for what he did.

Our carpet looks much better since Service Master cleaned our carpet. They got almost all of the stains out and the high traffic areas even look wonderful. The carpet dried very quickly also.

This company can do a variety of home services (such as window cleaning and pressure washing), but their specialty is carpet cleaning. The technician who did the job was prompt and polite. He was extremely thorough and took his time getting all of the water out of the carpets. This was our main complaint about other companies we have hired for this service. Not only were the carpets bone dry when he left, but they looked like new as well.
