Sergey's Watch Shop

I was in the market for a vintage swiss watch service.  I drive by this store frequently so it was the first location I thought of.  I called the shop during business hours, and was directed to the voicemail.  I left a voicemail stating my name, number, and the service I was interested in.  After waiting for 3 days with no response, i called back.  Voicemail.  I left another message with the same information.  3 days - nothing.
Thinking perhaps the voicemail system was not functioning correctly, or at least giving the benefit of the doubt, over the next week I systematically tried calling the shop hoping to catch an actual human.  I called 4 times a day for 5 days - at 9am(first thing in the AM), at 11:30AM(before lunch), as 1:30PM (after lunch) and at 4pm(before closing time).  I never once encountered a human answering the phone.
Don't waste your time.

They were really cheap. We chose them because of proximity and the fact that they existed. We thought that it would be hard to find a watch repair shop. They are a reasonably priced place.
