It went really well and we were really pleased with the service. It was a team that came out and they were professional. Everything went good. We did not finish up all our windows so we are planning on using them again.

It took them 5 days to get someone here, and they were supposed to call before they came.  The repairman came at 8:00AM, left a note since were weren't there, his dispatcher then called to tell me he was on the way, we then waited all morning on the repairman not knowing he had already come and gone.  We didn't learn this until we called Sears back that afternoon and looked at our front door to find a note.  While trying to reschedule the appointment, the call center representatives were so rude they brought my wife to tears.  I then called to reschedule, and they rescheduled the appointment for a time where we were not available.  Even after being told the appointment was not acceptable, they still sent their technician.  I then fired them and called someone else./
They don't listen and they don't care about your business. 

They did a good job and they came when they said, they would. They didn’t make a mess and the work was done very well. I had discussed what the problem but he had whatever he needed to repair it; he didn’t, have to come back and it was all done in one shot. I didn’t have anybody else come; so, I don’t have anything to compare but I thought they are reasonably priced.
