The areas that Roland cleaned came out nicely; however, he only went two feet into one of the bedrooms (it was at the end of the hallway and may have been a tough stretch for the hose) leaving the rest uncleaned and did not clean the linen or coat closet though instructed to do so. I was charged for what was not cleaned. When I discovered the error I called the company and was told they would ask the technician about it but did not receive a return call after that talk or the offer of a refund for the services not completed. Based upon this, I could not recommend their service to others.

Superb! Roland has years of experience in the business and does a thorough job of cleaning the carpet. Plus, he is on time and easy to work with. Today was the first time I've ever had my tile/grout professionally cleaned and it made a huge difference! Prices are very reasonable and I will continue to use this company regularly.

Roland and Brian were friendly, professional and thorough.   I have never had my carpet cleaned this thoroughly and will continue to use this company again for all my carpet cleaning needs!

It was $99 for three rooms. They do a good job. They're in and out. They do what they say. They do an excellent job. We've had no issues in the past and that's the reason I use them.

Carpet was cleaned satisfactorily and within 2 weeks. Had pick up and delivery charges, too. They do a good job, just a little expensive. I found out later that I could have saved money by having them clean carpet at my home.

They were prompt, courteous, and exceptionally thorough. They even moved all the large furtniture to get underneath it. I highly recommend them.

The two men arrived on time, and were very efficient, and courteous. Did a great job on a dirty carpet. Would definitely use this company again.

I would highly recommend this company to clean your rugs. Joe at Sanitary Carpet was very knowledgable about custom rug cleaning. Joe came out to my house to pick up the rug. He was on time, very professional and courteous. He inspected the rug with me, talked me through the process that they would go through in getting the pet stains and foot traffic stains out of my rug. One week later on the agreed upon delivery date of my cleaned rug, Joe was on time and delivered a beautifully cleaned rug back to me. They exceeded my expectation on customer service and quality of their work. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend Sanitary Rug Cleaners to anyone that needs to get a custom rug cleaned.

When I went to pick up my rug, they had faded the color out (probably used too harsh a cleaner) and been so rough with it that it brought up the knots so they looked like white specks all over. This rug was made in Iran and brought back to me personally by a family member. It was lightly used and barely dirty, but wanted it to be fresh from my new house. It was extremely documented by the Sanitary Rug employee as to it's condition when picked up. When it was ready, I picked it up and rolled it out at the new house and was shocked to see that all the pretty colors of lavender and light green had been totally removed. When I brought it back and complained, their attitude was one of and quot;How do we know we did that? How do we know it wasn't like that when you brought it in?and quot; I pointed to the condition report that they had done as proof that it was in excellent condition, but to no avail. The report stated that there was one corner that was a little more faded than the rest of the rug, but now the whole rug was the same faded-out color and no corner was lighter than any other. The manager/owner Mike was antagonistic and rude, still implying that it was damaged when it came in (totally ignoring the pre-cleaning report) and very dismissive. The interesting thing was that all I really wanted was just recognition that they made a mistake and not compensation so much; it was more of a sentimental gift and no amount of money would ever replace it. I understand that mistakes happen, but to not take responsibility is unforgivable. They never said they were sorry or that it was there fault; that's really all I was looking for. TERRIBLE people that don't stand behind their work.
Was not going to take action if they had at least apologized; but now will use every avenue to make sure that what they saved in even returning my cleaning fee will cost them many customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I was very happy with this company. This company is responsive, punctual, and professional. I'm happy with all aspects of service provided by this company.

They've always been really good. They usually have a coupon, which is good. They charge more if they come out and get it and deliver it back. They are reasonable. I've never looked to use anybody else. I don't have much carpet in my house, it's rugs but they clean carpets too. I use them for my rugs.

They were prompt and did a great job. I didn't compare their price but their quality of work was very good.

The experience was excellent. They picked up the rug on time and delivered it on time. The estimate was to the penny. I have used this company before and will again....if necessary. They are professional in every area. The rug is like new.

They ruined my carpet upstairs that will have to be professionally stretched. I wanted them to do the downstairs first and they refused and left. I got the new crew out to my home and they did a horrible job. They didn't pre-treat before they did their work so I called the office. I've never heard from them since.

They did a very good job. Not all of the stains were removable, but most were removed. I am well pleased since this carpet is about 8 years old and a light beige in color. They were very neat in their dress. They called very early this morning to confirm what time they would arrive. Then they were prompt. I will be sure to use them again in the future.

I wasn't home but a representative was. They said they were there a very short time, but they were very professional. They answered any questions and left instructions for what to do if they were any issues with their cleaning process. They also said for any of the stains that were treated, if they re-appeared to let them know. They stand behind their carpet cleaning for 30 days. Very satisified with the work performed.
