Was treated badly because I am a woman. Stereotypical chauvinistic service repair shop.

I initially had a very difficult time getting someone to schedule an appointment for me. I called several times, left a message, etc. It was infuriating. However, once I got an appointment, things started going very well. I think that the appointment issue was not an indication of their typical business practices. They may have had a rare communication problem.



The service was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of the work was great. The price seemed to be fair. They followed up with me a day or two later to make sure the maintenance was what I expected.



I would definitely recommend using this service facility for a Volkswagen. I will be returning soon to finish up some of the items that I didn't get to this time.

I made the appointment two weeks in advance. They were ready, had the work done int he time that was estimated, and as awlays did a great job.

I am very impressed with this place. They are fixing my car and gave me a replacement car free of charge. They haven't charged me anything. They are always available and efficient about returning phone calls.

I was having a problem with poor fuel mileage and took it to the VW service depart. I was received with a friendly greeting and asked what my problem was.All my information was taken down quickly and my car went into the shop while I waited. After about 1.5 to 2 hrs The fuel filter was changed and I was on my way. This service dept is responsive to questions and makes every effort to complete the work to your satisfaction.
