The entire experience Roy Electric was an exceptional one. I called them on Friday the 13th with some sparks coming out of our box and a real worry about getting through the weekend safely. They called me back and arranged an appointment on Monday morning. They arrived promptly as promised, reviewed the problems, communicated them to us and then offered us options. Then set about replacing the vent hood and cleaning up after themselves perfectly. They hauled away all the trash and arranged another appointment to replace the fuse box.
All work was performed to specification, was completed on time and at the agreed upon cost. We would use this firm again and recccommend them to a friend.

Came exactly on time. Very thorough and professional. Addressed all my job requests. He vacuumed and cleaned up after his job was finished. This electrician was recommended by the plumber (who has great grades on Angies List) To be fair, I have never paid for plumbing or electrical work. My husband used to do all that work. I am in sticker shock at the costs. but have no complaints about the quality of the work or the professionalism of Mr. Roy.

They were great. They understood how to do it and they came in with a good price. They were very professional. They were great to deal with.

Several of the outlets in my kitchen suddenly quit working. I called and left a voicemail message on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday evening, Mr. Roy called me to schedule a service call with me on Monday, He called 30 minutes before the scheduled time to say he would be arriving at the planned time. The services were performed in less than 20 minutes by Mr. Roy and his son.

This is the second time to use this company. They are so professional and courteous, I am certain I will be using them again.

I was satisfied with the work they did.

I tell you, this guy is well worth the prices he charges. As long as you are getting the best service possible, you do not mind paying a little more. Things went smoothly as can be when Roy from Roy Electric was here. It was a very pleasing experience in a kind of difficult time. Having the kitchen remodeled was a very bad experience and he helped to brighten things up.
