They are always friendly. I have used them many times. It was a bit high. They did it right away.

It was a very stressful week! I explained this in what did the provider do. He fixed my brakes and anything else that "needed maintenance". I could have bought a new car for what he did in the last 3 months. His labor costs were very high and I called Toyota about the cost of struts. They told me about the same price, but that mounts were included (the cost being $300). I called the manager at RA and asked if he had change the mounts. He said no, that they were good. So, I told him he needed to take $300 off of my bill. He said okay and only took $200 off. If I hadn't called Toyota, he would have charged me for the mounts! There is no telling how much I have been taken advantage of by this guy! I will NEVER use Riverchase Automotive again!

I have sent lots of referrals to them . They do good work, fair price and trustworthy.

Engine replacement have not encountered any issues thus far. Air conditioner had to have performed three times. Only after the second replacement did they tell me that they released the car back to me knowing it did not reach cool enough temperatures and that they were using "cheaper" parts than the original ac. After I had gone through all the trouble to do extensive research on auto ac stuff, bought a thermometer to see for myself and have hard data for them that I was not expecting more than I should. Not to mention the miles of traveling back and forth, the frustration of having spent A LOT of money for the overall replacements, the stress of having to coordinate drop offs, pick ups, and transportation while my car had to be returned over and over and over, and the general discomfort of having warm air blowing in the South in the Summer (yes, May us considered Summer) and having nor relief from the humidity and heat. I was very surprised, and dismayed, by the service provided, especially since they had such a high rating here.

I called ahead to make certain they could take care of my vehicle.  They do a good business, so this is a good precaution to take.  The price they quoted is the price I paid.  They did the work and got it back to me when they said they would.  The car drove well after the 4-wheel alignment.  I will continue to use them in the future.

.They did an excellent job.  I had my car serviced there 2 weeks ago.  It was expensive because the Ford dealer won't touch my car anymore.  They won't touch cars after a certain age.  These guys do a great job on cars.  They did an oil change, and gave it a good service.  They are honest and do a good job.  They stand by what they do.  They give you a year warranty.

I have been taking my car there for 15 years plus.  You might find someone cheaper but I have never had to take anything back to get fixed.  I would highly recommend them.

We have used this place for over 10 years and have never been disappointed.  Honest, reliable, punctual.  It is never fun dealing with a car repair, but it is golden when you find a place that doesn't rip you off or give you the runaround.  It was a happy accident that we stumbled upon it when we moved here (after struggling with 3 other repair place, RA actually fixed it) and we have referred many people since.

I contacted this company to inquire about pricing for a brake job and a few other services after reading all the great reviews. I was not disappointed. I was given pricing details over the phone and they were quite a bit less than the dealership. Although they're located quite a distance from us we chose to use them anyway and were very happy with the results. The price given over the phone is what we were charged. They were very friendly and professional. They also handled things the same day and I highly recommend them.

They we friendly and got to the job in a timely fashion.  They seemed to be honest in their dealings with us and did their best to save us a much as possible.  I think the service we received was excellant. 

I went by for an estimate and it was a good price so I left it that day. It was finished when promised and I was very pleased with the workmanship

My overall experience with them was good. They were punctual. I would use them again in the future.

 

They did very well. They were very prompt. They got everything done, when they were supposed to. They told me what they thought it would be, and they called me before they did anything. They let me know exactly what the issues were.

It went great and they corrected the problem in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable cost.

I was happy with them. They were very accommodating and helped me to get a rental car.

Service went very well. Estimate was correct and service done in one day.

I spent a lot. They do great work but they are kind of pricey. They did good work but they are just a little on the high side. I am sure I will consider using them again in the future.

We've used Riverchase Automotive for years and call each other by name. The quality of the service is always top-notch. Their rates are always competitive. They're good to be in touch about what's going on and what we can expect. Best of all though, when something unexpected comes up, we can trust that they're being honest with us. A few times someone has taken me back into the garage to show and explain to me the problem and what can be done about it. After this most recent maintenance work, we can feel the difference in the performance of the car.

There was not a long wait at all, and the company made sure to show me what tires would work best for my car and me. I will continue to use this company in the future. They did a good job, and I was pleased with the service.

I thought they did a pretty good job, but they were a little expensive. I haven t had any trouble with the car, and they seemed quite professional and polite. I would recommend them for their work, not their prices.
