Our kitchen sink was seriously clogged in the pipes in the wall. I called Richard Rooter on a Saturday morning. Richard came out about 3 hours later and snaked the drain. He remained until the water was running clear in the sewer line, then cleaned up nicely. I would recommend Richard to anyone who asks.

The plumber arrived on time, inspected the sink, and gave an upfront estimate of the cost. We had worked with Richard Rooter several times and knew he was reliable and fair. He fixed the sink quickly at the estimated cost. He was friendly, competent, and professional. It was a positive experience.
