We had some bumps along the way, none of which were Reverse Mortgage Solutions, but they dealt with them quickly and kept in constant contact with us. Our RMS rep, Scott Underwood, was superior in the way he handled this entire process. Even though some of our problems were caused by an incompetent US Government agency, Scott found out what needed to be done and relayed to us what was required, what they(RMS) could do and what we needed to do. It wasn't easy for anyone involved but, Scott and the people at RMS made sure we were given what was promised. We recommend RMS to anyone seeking a first class operation to handle your reverse mortgage. You need to ask for Scott Underwood, he's the one who will work for you. We're glad we were lucky enough to use RMS.
