We had bought and sold houses by ourselves in the past but were not able to do it by ourselves this time and had to take the help of a realtor. Ken Boyd was great. When I contacted him initially, he called me back very quickly. It took 10 weeks to get the house. He knew how to go about getting a foreclosure that had been on the market for a long time. It had changed hands between different realtors and owners. We would not have gotten this house without Ken’s experience. He has been in the business for 30 plus years. He knows the area and knows what he is doing. I have never been to his office though. We would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.
