Completely unorganized & unprofessional company. They sent a tech out to our business to fix a BROKEN GARAGE DOOR THAT THEY INSTALLED, who said they need to order a part, and they would call me with an update. After 2 weeks nobody called so I called them back 5 times over the course of the week asking for an update and they said "management will call you" and they never once called. I am not sure who runs this company but they are completely unorganized. Update: after I left this 1-star review, the owner finally called me to ask me to take it down, and when I did not, he left a fake review on our business, which has been reported

Sebastian and his associate Ronald assessed our tired and marginally functioning garage doors. Later Sebastian did a great installation. I had done my "homework" and had an idea of costs prior to the job. Their bid was less than expectation. Moreover, we had excellent service from start to finish. The job was done in a timely manner. All appointments were kept on time, and we even got texts shortly before arrival so we could put up our unruly dogs. We are very happy with the quality of the work and recommend Red Mountain Garage Doors highly. We love our new garage doors.
