Arrived on time. Got right to work. Finished in about 2 hours. Very professional and respectful. The estimate was right on target and gave me a 10% discount that I received in the mail after the estimate was done. Seemed almost apologetic that they even had to charge me.

I finally found a company with techs who have proper training. The guy said "nothing is coming out of your condenser". Which was indeed the problem, we just couldn't keep the house cool. So after three or four phone call to the office he was able to trace the problem to a clogged condenser unit and make the repair. It took some time but finally after all this time it is working properly. The company is mostly commercial and does some residential but I will only use them.
