+ -1 moreArrived on time. Got right to work. Finished in about 2 hours. Very professional and respectful. The estimate was right on target and gave me a 10% discount that I received in the mail after the estimate was done. Seemed almost apologetic that they even had to charge me.
Description of Work: Outdoor bibs replaced, toilet rebuilt.

+ -1 moreI finally found a company with techs who have proper training. The guy said "nothing is coming out of your condenser". Which was indeed the problem, we just couldn't keep the house cool. So after three or four phone call to the office he was able to trace the problem to a clogged condenser unit and make the repair. It took some time but finally after all this time it is working properly. The company is mostly commercial and does some residential but I will only use them.
Description of Work: This company was able to fix my air conditioning after five years of unsuccessful repair jobs. It never gave much cold air.
