I wish this company had better follow up skills. I let them know what flooring options I like, but have yet to receive a response weeks later.

EXCELLENT! We search around for the best price and found it at R&S Flooring in Hoover. But we also found the service to be beyond excellent Rachael, the floor manager, and her husband, Andrew, the field manager, were wonderful. They quickly bonded with us, and we knew we could count on them to make everything "right". They are honest and transparent. You feel comfortable and confident that everything will be done to your satisfaction. And our floors look fantastic!!! We would purchase from them again and again. Oh, the installers were polite, diligent, and cleaned up our house before they left. They carefully removed all furniture, undid the beds, and then put padding on all items before they returned the furniture in all rooms. The installers treated our furniture as if it were theirs

The floors look great and all of the work was done timely. When I had questions I got answers, and answers I could understand. I would recommend this company without any hesitation and without any reservations whatsoever.

We used R&S Flooring to put in new hardwoods on our main level. From the first time we walked in the showroom to the completed project, R&S was professional, helpful, timely and courteous. We have loved our experience working with R&S and will absolutely use them when another flooring need arises. Our main level looks absolutely beautiful thanks to their work!

It was a very smooth process. Everything was done exactly as expected & on time. All of the workers were nice & professional. The project manager was always available & present on the job site often.

We were very pleased. We had one very small defect. Once we told them about it, they went well beyond my expectatipns, and fixed the problem.

They did an amazing job! The team moved our furniture out of the way, pulled up our old carpet, and installed the new hardwoods. Very professional job! They were also quite responsive to a plank that had a slight 'pop' due to an uneven foundation issue. A+++ rating!
