Really great. Very pleased. She did a great job with the dogs and was very knowledgable. This woman is not your average dog groomer, she really takes the time to make sure the animals look good and are well taken care of. With other shops, there's always one ear too short or the tail is too poofy or whatever, but puppy magic was perfect. I can't say enough good things about her.

He always comes back looking good. He is happy. In fact, he loves to go and is excited every time he knows he's going to visit and get cleaned up.

I asked the groomer to get some knotted hair out of my dog's coat on the legs. When I returned to pick up, the groomer had cut all the hair off, not just the knots. She accomplished the end goal but the means of doing it were very lacking!

I had to let her get out of shape since in her hair there were quite a few mats in it. So they had to shave her down all the way. They did it in such a way that it was not bad but she looked cute. Their service was good. But I will not rave about them. They were good. I liked the way my dog looked when I went to pick her up. The price was good.

I made an appointment to have my dog groomed here after asking if they had ever groomed this breed of dog. They responded that they had, so I made the appointment. When I got there, there were several dogs barking and it was chaotic. I should have turned around then and left. The groomer was disorganized and acted as if we had never had a conversation via email. She assured me she knew what to do. I firmly stated what I did NOT want done as we have had trouble before with our dog being cut too short. When I came back, they had cut her so short and severely messed up her ears!! My dog doesn't look like her breed at all!!! I feel horrible for my dog and would NEVER go back there!!!

Called, she gave me a date and time for the appointment, she was ready when I brought the dogs over and they were ready as promised.

An absolutely perfect grooming job on my Border Collie Lenny. I called on a Friday and had an appt. on Monday at noon and by 3pm he was ready for pickup and was extraordinarily handsome. Lenny seemed to have a nice time, was not stressed at all and looked GREAT. I am extremely pleased and both Melissa and Jennifer are very nice to work with. I look forward to many more future groomings. They are bit hidden, located on the back side of Pier 1 on Montgomery Hwy but well worth hunting for them-truly. Two BIG thumbs up.

We've been taking our dogs to Melissa for a couple of years. She does an incredible job! They always look so cute when we pick them up. They love their bandanas and sometimes still have them on until their next grooming!

My little dog was gorgeous! Furthermore, she seems to really like her groomer. Puppy Magic is flexible and very accommodating. I give the shop and groomer my highest recommendation!

I think that her price of $50 was well worth it.

She has drop-off service so I do not have to leave my dog all day. She does not use hair dryers. She does beautiful work. The price is reasonable.
