Work was excellent and on time. Parts pricing was high. Paid $62.00 for a cable that was $8.50 at Lowes. Service call was reasonable.

The technician was extremely courteous and diligent with the process. I worked for one of the major door manufacturers in Texas for 10 years and recruited technicians. The person working on my door is an asset to his company. He quickly diagnosed the problems, made the corrections and made sure I was satisfied with the results. We have since called them back to work on another door when a cable broke. Again, we received great service.

Precision Door was very easy to work with. They came out at a time that was convenient for me. After a small scheduling snafu the owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. The service tech that came out was professional, knowledgeable, and took time to show me what the issues were as well as point out other items that could be contributing to the problem. Overall great experience and would most definitely use this provider again.

They installed new rollers on my door and they made a couple of adjustments.  Great prices, honest work.

The job of replacing old, stretched out springs was done promptly with parts in stock on his truck. He checked that this door as well as another one were operating properly before he left. I was pleased with the prompt service on Christmas Eve.

Repairman was on time & very professional. He was able to do the repair quickly, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use this company again

I called them about a repair needed on a large overhead door (on my shop). They came out promptly and determined the parts that would be needed. They ordered the part (the part was not a common part) and installed it on the date to which they had committed.

Precision Door Service Inc. was very courteous. They took care of the problem promptly. We told them late in the evening at 8 o'clock at night and they came out on a cold night. Everything was great.

Both of our garage doors were out of balance.  I had repaired them in the past and installed the operators myself,  but felt it was time they had professional attention (we've lived here 35 years and previously I'm the only one who's serviced them).  Called Precision in the morning and Marvin was at the house by 2:30 as promised.  He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable.  As I expected, he recommended overhauling both doors, replacing most of the moving parts except for the doors themselves which he said were in good shape.  He wanted to use torsion springs, but was unable because of clearance problems.  So he replaced all rollers, cables, pulleys, extension springs, clamps, etc. Now the door operators work much easier since the doors are balanced and they are much quieter with the new rollers.  The only questionable aspect of the repair was cost.  The $369 cost per door seemed high especially since I had bought springs before and had a concept of what they cost, and taking into account the time he spent (he was done within 2 or 2 1/2 hours).  But I didn't have anything to compare to, and I was impressed with Marvin's professionalism, so I decided to go ahead.  I am pleased with the work and glad I called Precision.  Marvin called back a couple of weeks later to followup and make sure everything was still working fine.  I recommend Precision, but you may want to compare costs if the work is major.

Door was damaged by car backing out. I called the number on Angie's list and spoke to the Precision Door business owner, Jeff Arno.  He had a technician to my house shortly after I made the call while I was at work.  The technician balanced and straightened the door and replaced the roller that popped off.  I came home from work to find the door in working order.  I called the owner back to discuss if any further work was needed.  He offered to stop by in the evening to see if any additional work was necessary.  He called before he arrived to let me know he was on the way.  He was punctual, polite and friendly.  He was very knowledgeable about the function of the garage door and took time to explain how the door was working.  His assessment was that it was working ok as is and he did not pressure us in anyway to buy new panels or the replace the door. Jeff was more than fair, knowledgeable, kind and professional.  He will get our business again.  

Precision Door Service was here in a couple days after the storm. They workers were very polite. They did an efficient and professional job for us. I was pleased that we had them help us get things back to normal after the storm. The costs are being covered by my homeowner s insurance. I would recommend their services to others.

We purchased from them two 10x7 almond colored garage doors, with a high end, high tech set of openers. The installation and doors was $2050, a very good price as we did shop around for this particular door. The company showed up on schedule a few days later to do the install. It went smoothly; they also take your old doors away for you. There is also a warranty I do not remember for how long.

All in all this ran smoothly and in the end we received exactly what we needed. Our new garage door was a high quality door and looked as good as we thought it would. They also did some adjusting to the frame that we didn't know anything about, so that was also nice. They treated us great and did a great service for us.

It was a great looking door and we really liked the new look. It was easy for them to put it up. I was appreciative of how quick it all went. They showed us a few things as far as tips for maintenance went. We really agreed with how they treated us. This was a case of excellent results by a good group of people.

We called them, and they came out within a couple of hours. They put a safety wire through the big spring on our door because we didn't have them before. The work they did was great and the quality of springs was heavy duty. They gave us a senior citizen's discount for the repair.
