Everything went so great! The technician was punctual and very polite. We ended up needing an additional piece of equipment and the technician called several people to help us out with the price. I would recommend this company to anyone. They're are phenomenal!!

The monthly fee is for my system and for monitoring. I have been with them for a year now. I bought the system through GEE and then they merged with Power Home. I think Power Home Technologies are really good with the monitoring. They are very good, but I wouldn't say they are excellent. As far as their coming out and maintaining things, they are excellent. Anytime I have had any problems, they have sent out the same person out every time. That has been great, that there hasn't been a different person coming in and out every time. It seems like they have the same person for my neighborhood, and I am very happy with that

We have had a few times where it has gotten smokey in the house. The alarm goes off pretty quickly once it detects smoke and within seconds, there is someone over the intercom, asking if we need help. They have been very helpful and we could not be happier with our alarm system. Plus it is very inexpensive!
