They said they would be at the house between 1 and 2 pm but didn't arrive until after 5. I kept calling and he kept saying they'd be there in the next 30 minutes. Additionally, while they were at my house, he told about customer they'd be there in 20 minutes but they hadn't started the work in my house. They overcharged for the work and he tried to increase the price after already quoting another price. Also, they didn't even address the actual issue. I had to have someone else come out to finish the job.

The work performed was well done and the technician very knowledgeable and helpful. However, I was not given a receipt or an invoice for the work performed which included a verbal 30 day guarantee for the work performed or receipt for the money paid to the technician. I placed four phone calls to the owner over a two week period asking for an invoice and with each conversation he told me that an invoice was coming soon or within the hour. Four weeks later and I still have not received my promised invoice.

Terry responded to my request immediately. The serve men were at my house by noon. Terry was willing to give me a price for the job based on my description (swap out a kitchen faucet). another company would send the guy and then tell me what it would cost. I told them that if they can't give me a cost range to change a faucet, I can't do business. Terry's crew, Torrence and Chuck knew exactly what they were doing; double checked the work and made sure everything was working. Would highly recommend this company

Mr. Terry and his crew came through and installed a new water heater on the heels of a Roto-Rooter tech who came out and installed a new nozzle but left me with the original leak. Everyone in his crew was professional, courteous and clean. The came when they said they would come and got the job done how and when they said they would. It was a breath of fresh air to have people in our home who were knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend for any other plumbing needs to anyone in our area!

Upon requesting his services, a contract was written up for a specific price. Date and time of completion was 3 days. Project went into 5 days. Price was changed from original amount to $1500 additional. Did not complete job, this inconvenienced my family for 2 days and had to get a motel room. For our inconvenience he paid the motel. Did not complete entire project. No hot water available and shower did not work at all after he left. I requested him to come back to fix this and he wanted to charge me $275 to do so. In order to complete and finalize this project I had to hire an additional plumber to get the water back for $175. During the entire process of this job, my Ryobi 20 volt drill came up missing. He agreed to pay me $50 for missing drill to come off balance of amount owed. All I wanted was to get this man out of my house.

These professionals completed our job expertly! This was supposed to be a simple project that turned into a relatively major undertaking due to our old copper pipes under our house. They did a great job!!

This gentleman realized the reason my water heater was spewing water, after only six years, was because there was no regulator on the water coming into the house and it was coming in at 150psi! He replaced the water heater and when I smelled gas afterwards he double checked all the pipes, including the gas pipes, and fixed the gas leaks, on an old pipe for the gas, immediately. Everything has worked wonderfully since!
