"We apologize for the inconvenience. PCE had already ended it's Big Deal promotion with Angie's List due to this exact issue. We had customers purchasing services that we were never informed of. Once we saw your request for a refund, we contacted you immediately to resolve the issue. We also asked that a representative from Angie's List send you an email regarding this issue in order to help resolve the matter. All of these issues listed here are the prime example for why PCE no longer offers promotions via Angie's List."
"(removed member name), The coupon you purchased was for interior/exterior pest control service for standard household pests. As a courtesy, we said we would treat and remove wasps nests around you home that were accessible. When we spoke, I let you know that most of the wasps nests around your home were unreachable without extension ladders, and this was outside of the scope of work you had purchased. You received the service you purchased, and then PCE went the extra mile to help satisfy your request by sending out an additional technician to attempt and remove the nests. When the technician arrived, he let you know that the nests were all over 25 feet off the ground and could not be reached. The technician then stated that he treated the nests that were within reach from the ground. In summary, you purchased an interior/exterior pest control service which you received within a few days of purchasing. The technician arrived promptly and serviced your home. PCE then sent out additional technicians at no additional charge to attempt and remove wasps nest in your eaves. Most of the wasps nests in question were between 25 and 35 feet off the ground. PCE then advised you on what the proper method of removal would be and asked if you would like to schedule an appointment. It is unreasonable to expect that PCE would remove wasps nests at such a height, without an additional charge."

"This review is factually inacurate. The owner of PCE is the technician who serviced the property, and the entire interior and exterior of the home was serviced under the watchful eye of the homeowner. As far as the pricing goes, the customer purchased the service from an Angie's List big deal promotion at a discount of 60%. When the customer complained of seeing pests in his home, we returned promptly and serviced the home again for no additional charge. Since that service, we have not heard from the customer regarding pest problems. Please consider that inaccurate reviews hurt business and leave a negative impression on our future customers.
