However the follow up after that was poor, they did not return phone calls after leaving 3 messages. Overall they did not seem interested.

They are very, very good. I would give them 10 out of 10. They are very professional and timely. They did a good job. I've used several and they are amongst the best that I've used. I will continue to use them.
