Dave was very courteous when he answered my called, took the time to explain how his pricing is determined and what the process of inspection would be. He met me at the property and took me around the house showing me what he found and the work that needed to be done if any. He answered all my questions with patiences and was very professional and polite. He made sure he looked into everything and did a "2nd look" tour around the house to make sure he didn't miss anything! I received a report by email the Same DAY! and it was very detailed. I was very happy with the job he performed and would definitely recommend Total Home Inspection LLC to anyone who's looking for home inspectors!

It was the first time we had used them. He came over while we were out of town. He was there on time. We would use them again.
