Bill was very friendly as well as professional in assisting me in shipping my items by providing comparisons of the various shipping options that he had available. I really appreciated the fact that he could check to see if UPS or FedEx was going to be the cheapest way to ship. He gave me a discount for being a first time customer and gave me a card that could be punched each time I shipped a package with him that would accumulate into a free item under 20lbs to be shipped for free after the tenth punch! I really love it when businesses go that extra mile to please the customer!
