"Mrs. [Member name removed] Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with One Source. As the new owner of the company I am reaching out to sites such as this and reviewing any comments from dissatisfied customers. Upon review of your file I see where one system was sold which required an increase to the return size, new line sets to be pulled, and an additional supply run to be added. We appreciate the business and it seems as the new system has been working properly for you. As to you post on trying to grab a quick buck. As the new owner that will not be tolerated. The notes in the system spoke to an evaporator coil that had a leak in it. This is a major fix and has to be decided if it is worth fixing or needs replacing based on the condition of the existing system. I have trained my techs in the field and the office staff in the office to make sure we handle all customers the way I would like to be treated if I had a service company come out. All of my techs are instructed to deliver a price for the repair and a price to replace and then answer any questions the customer may have from there. At this point we have left it up to the customer to make the final decision. I am striving as the new owner to be the most professional, punctual, and fair company in the area to do business with. We have put several rules in place as to keep all customers informed as to exactly when we will be showing up at our customers house. As for the pricing on a service agreement, we have one price that is offered to all potential customers that is a great deal. You receive 2 maintenances per year, a free service call, and 15% off any repairs when you have a service agreement with One Source. Also you receive priority as a service agreement customer. As the new owner of the business I am reaching out and responding to any customers who were dissatisfied as yourself and making every effort to regain the business. I have owned the company going on two years now and will not tolerate any instances where the office or techs have not done everything in their power to please our customers. While the first vendor we contacted did diagnose our problems and even offered some of the same solutions provided by One Source, we felt more comfortable with the knowledge of the initial technician from One Source, which is why we chose this vendor to complete our work.
Our house is over 30 years old and some of the work that the service men had to complete was difficult to complete in only a "crawl space" but if they complained to each other, we did not hear any of the complaints. We do know that they had to work diligently at getting the ducts lined up, as well as getting the new unit under the house.Trade License Number
