Very good job. New gates were far better than the previous onesthat were on the old fence. Especially like that the new latches were easy to block for safety. Also walked around the existing old fence (plan to have them back to replace the rest of fence) and double checked for loose boards.

Signed up and was told two to three weeks. After four weeks and no date committed, I cancelled order.

I initially had a little bit of a delay with scheduling the work -- apparently due to unseen circumstances. But I am so glad I waited because the team came on a Friday and were finished in 5 days (that included time for the posts to set) and the fence is fabulous, secure and looks much nicer than I had envisioned. They were efficient, professsional and cleaned up the jobsite after they were finished. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends. Ask for Clark.

O Jay was excellent. They were quick to come out and do the work after the estimate and contract. It took two days and I had exactly the fence I envisioned. Excellent service, polite workmen, great fence and finally great price.

Difficult to schedule, difficult to get estimate.  Final product was OK but uninspiring.
The person that handles the office is very professional and responsive. 
They were not interested in performing the work on a day/time that was convenient for the customer.  It was all about their schedule.  They could not be even a little bit flexible for meeting you to provide an esitmate--so I could be home and ask questions nor be home when they did the repair.   They could not let you know more the night before that they would be at your home the next morning.  That was it-- if you had a meeting at work the next morning--too bad--you go to the back of the line if you don't them come on.
It is not the company they were years ago where they valued their customers and provided some customer service.

Susan with ojay fence company is great to work with. Work was done as promised in two days. Fence looks great. The gate built for the deck couldn't look any better. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend this fence company to friends.

The job performance was excellent. Although there were challenges and details to worked-out on the job, O.Jay Fence was on top of the situation even before we asked the pertinent questions. And when we questioned what the additional costs would be when there was a miscommunication on the specifications for the height of the fence, O.Jay Fence did not charge extra for the additional labor. Rahman Owens is a man of integrity. You can trust what he says he will do and how he will do it. The installation crew is highly experienced and hard working. They are fun to watch because they don't let any complication in the job slow them down. When presented with a challenge, they study it, attack it, and overcome it with professional results.

Called for an estimate on Dec. 28 and set up an appointment for 12:30 the following day. I gave the representative my cell phone number and asked him to call me 15-20 minutes prior to his arrival so I could leave work and meet him at my home. The next day, I hadn't heard from the company but I went ahead and left my office just in case. I arrived at 12:25 and waited for about 10 minutes and happen to notice a business card stuck in my door. Turns out the rep showed up at noon instead of 12:30 and had my cell phone number written down incorrectly. I called him and he wanted to reschedule. It wasn't convenient to leave work again, so he agreed to just come back the following day, take a look and simply leave the estimate in my mailbox. The next evening I went down to check the mail and found no estimate. After the weekend, I called the rep again and he said "I dropped the ball, sorry" and "I have those numbers back at my office and once I get all the crews out I'll just call you with the figures." I told him that was fine and I would wait for his call. The day comes and goes and no call. Summary: Can't get appointment time right, can't get phone number right, promises estimate twice and does not provide. A complete waste of my time and theirs and a bad indicator of their service. Will not bother the company again.
