I don't know where to start with how bad this guy was. His behavior was animal like, and that was the least of our problems. He used the wrong color tiles, and they didn't get close to matching the existing ones. Two weeks after he did the job, the roof started leaking again. I chased him for weeks to get him back out, and he just kept lying. Even though he did end up fixing the leaks, he blamed everything on us, and he was just a terrible person throughout to have to deal with.
