I had a no show on the first visit. Then I think it was just a matter of this company making poor judgments on repair jobs. There was that non working regulator and a leak. These guys installed a new one that was faulty. I still had a leak from the refrigerator. I had to call another company to get the regulator removed and replaced with a working one, which took care of the leak. I just had to pay for two companies in order to get the job done right. I think I paid around $200
