METRO MECHANICAL SVC

The went through the process and we had an old quote from them. They had to send out a new technician and gave us a new quote. In the middle of the quote we were going to switch from gas to electric. We knew it would be easier for us and the tenant. I gave them my credit card information. The first day on the job, they told me that they could not put the electrical work in, because the box was not large enough to put another circuit in. I then asked them why they didn’t check the electrical box before saying they could do the job. They called me the day of, my tenant took the day off work, and then they mentioned they could not do the work. Basically they told me that they could do a split service; but I told them the contract that was signed and the price they gave us was for all electric. We went back and forth for a week; Everyone that I spoke to at the office as very nice all the time and never gave me a problem. I just had an issue with some of the technicians. They just called me and told me everything was done. The inspector of the city went over everything with the electrician and made sure it was wired correctly. The tenant called and told me that the AC has been working since.

We knew it was the air conditioning unit and they came in an hour-and-a-half. Their office people are great. When they say they'll call before they come, they do call. I just really, really like them. I've been using them for about two years. Yesterday, it was a house call and I paid $79. The service prior to that cost me $640. Their pricing is probably competitive. Sometimes, the staff can't tell when the technician is going to show up but they always call 25 minutes before they come. They also give a two-hour time frame and I think that's good.

The technician was very clear in his explanation and was quick and proficient. He was polite, courteous and his demeanor was based off of my openness. Their price was average as compared to another company.

They were very professional, timely and checked with us to see if we were pleased with the service. We were very pleased with the work and service that they provided. And we would use them again.

They did excellent work.  We're very professional, prompt, polite, and cleaned area when done.  Would definitely use again.

From beginning to end, everyone in the company was a pleasure to work with. They were all punctual, neat, responsive to questions.
