The quality varies from time to time, but it is always good. This last time was especially thorough. She even cleaned the cat food mats I had sitting on the dish drainer and the dirty cup and bowl sitting in the sink. She was finished in an hour, and the house smelled so nice afterwards. This is the 4th session of cleaning, and I have been pleased every time.

They are a very good cleaning service. They reason I've stopped, is I just wasn't willing to pay what they are charging. The cleaning they did was fine and I've never had any problems with stealing.

I believe it was too expensive for the service provided, and that's my we didn't continue with them, and we had an issue trying to get in contact with our representative to get information about the charges because there was some upfront charge for about $100 that he didn't explain to us for what it was going to be. It was like the charge to start it off, and he didn't explain it to us, and which is why we decided to discontinue it, and they sent us a bill of $475 for one cleaning, and it was 1200 square foot house. They did a good job on cleaning, but it was hard to get our representative on the phone, and we couldn't get any answers on our questions.

They did do a good job cleaning the house, but they were way too expensive.  I didn't like that the last room that they had to clean was the nursery, so they went in to clean and woke up the baby.

When the cleaning lady comes--she arrives prepared to clean and goes straight to work. She strives to please completely--which I like very much.

The girl did an excellent job. I was very pleased. However, I was surprised that nobody called back to follow up with me and see if I wanted to continue on a regular basis.

We had a communications problem as to when they would arrive. She was very professional and got some items cleaned that "The Maids" failed to get 4 weeks earlier. The price was VERY competitive compared with other services.

He sent one person to do the job, which was fine because it wasn't a big job. She had a good attitude, but she was not as thorough as I had hoped. I had to ask her to do a few tasks a second time. Also, they don't use very good products. While she was there, I had to buy my own toilet cleaner, so she could get a stain out of the toilet, and I had her use my own kitchen cleaner on the refrigerator

I really like using Merry Maids because they always send the same people out. I always know who and what to expect and when they do come. They already know the way I like things done and have no problem getting it done the way I want it.

I am quite the satisfied customer with the services that Merry Maids provides. They make sure to do a very thorough job in every room of the house. You can always tell when they have been here because the house looks immaculate. I would be a real idiot to stop using such cheap services that are so well worth the money and time.

The house was spotless and I considered it to be a job well done. In only a couple of hours they had basically taken care of the whole place. Nothing was messed up or missing and these girls were pleasant to have in my home. I really got my monies worth and was very happy with the cleanliness.

We used Merry Maids for about two months to come weekly and clean our house, only since they sent different women all the time, the work was quite inconsistent. They'd only stay an hour and it wasn't adequate to clean thoroughly. I'm not using them any more and found someone who helps with my baby and the cleaning.

My home was exceptionally clean throughout, when the two ladies got done. I didn t have anything misplaced or else and it didn t take all day either. I would love to use them a lot more often, but I just cant afford the price, which was what everyone else was charging in fairness to them. They were thorough and did a terrific job.
