About us

Mark's is a family owned business that has been serving Birmingham since 1981. We provide FREE twice a week pick-up and delivery to homes through out the Birmingham area. We currently have 16 employees that are trained and skilled to keep your clothing in its best shape. All of our work is done at the Hwy 280 location. Mark and Josh Watkins are the owner-operators of Mark's and would be happy to help you any way they can.

They had trouble finding the order because the person that took my order completely misspelled my name (even though I spelled it for her and showed ID with it shown.) That's just being lazy and/or distracted.
The comforters were clean but at that price, I could have bought new ones at Kohl's!!!!

The pickup was a part of the service. The price is reasonable for the service they provide. They did a good job with my dry cleaning and nothing came back wrecked, torn or anything like that. They took very good care of it.
