LOWES

Took off two existing layers of roofing. Removed old vents and closed holes. installed new boots on pipes. Installed Owens Corning Oakridge shingles in the color Driftwood. Installed ridge vents on all ridges. Removed gutters and installed new gutters with larger down spouts. Installed a gutter cover by name Gutter Shelter. Nuts and nut shells and leaves roll off, water rolls over the edge into the gutter and out the down spout. I used to have to open my down spouts with a toilet auger. When the gutters were being installed, some hidden rot was found. The roofers returned and repaired the site. There was a $100 cost for materials. I was sick in the hospital the whole time and didn't see any of the activity. The leaf fall and the rains since then have proven the integrity of the job.

It went well. The countertops made the kitchen. Great price due to sale on granite.

. They worked until almost 10 o'clock PM..I wish they had taken an extra day, and given us some down time in the evening. They were in SUCH a hurry! Since then, i have had to have a hallway and a room re-stretched and relaid. Such cheap shabby work.

The people are very nice. They seem to be willing to assist. The store is clean and easy to navigate.

Overall my wife and I are very happy with the installation. Just be sure when getting the estimate to ask if anything costs extra such as the window sills , framing for windows in the basement etc. The final estimate which was based on the Chaneys estimates for size and additional work was several hundred dollars more then the base estimate given by the sales rep from Lowes. The sales rep was great and he did advise that usually the install crew came out and did the measurements with him but, were on another job at the time. do your research as it is very hard comparing windows. After much research I went with the reliafbilt by atrium over the pellas. They may or may not be any better but, I felt they were based on several home improvement boards etc. Lowes got the windows ordered and in within a two week period. Again I was very happy with Chaney remodeling and can highly recommend them. This is a father son team and you can tell they take pride in their work.

The experience was good with them. I had some issues on the punctuality end, but they fixed any issues I had with that. I would hire them again in the future.

I was very content with the people that Lowes had sent out to do the carpet installation. Things went good straight from the start. They arrived as planned and had things looking great before the day was done. I can say, I thought they were very appropriate with their prices to. I would call them again for future services for sure.

The company was on time and did a fairly good job. No one is on time in the south, but they tried their best! The workers were friendly and courteous to my requests when installing the windows. I would recommend this company to other people because of the dedication that the company has to its customers.

The contractors showed up every day early to start their day. It took them a couple of days to finish the job. There were no defects in any of their work. My countertops looked just great. They cleaned up everything and their price was fair.

Lowe s did an average job on my floor. It was too expensive for the job that was done. They did have to come back here twice to get it done right. It actually was quite a fight to get them to come back. They did not want to honor their satisfaction guarantee. I guess they decided to come back as they would have lost in court anyway.

I didn't have the best experience with Lowes. The gentlemen they sent out to install my hardwood floor were 3 hours late getting to my home. They also could not speak a word of English which made it extremely difficult for me to explain what I wanted done. I was also very disappointed with the job itself. While the floor looks great there were many places they missed installing trim such as around my fireplace and in between the living room and bedroom doorways. I called Lowes but all they did was apologize for the inconvenience. With the outrageous price they charged me I would have expected better service. I don't think I will ever use Lowes again.

They did a great job taking out the old carpet and hauling it away. The sales clerks were helpful with selecting the right quality and color choice we were looking for. We were given an estimate of the cost and it was right on the nose. We are happy with the service they provided.
