they cut down 3 dead trees in our yard. Said they were coming back the next day to cut them up and move debris. Its been over a week - they never showed up. We now have 3 dead trees still laying in our yard! They will not answer the phone or respond to messages. Very unprofessional!

100% agree with every other bad review on here. Got his number from a neighbor. Same issues, hard to get to the job site, did not remove tree after cutting it down, said he would be back Friday to do it because his “guys were tired” and never showed up and will not respond to text or calls. Left damage to fences that we now have to repair because of improper removal or lack of experience. Would not hire ever again.

Shane Lowery was doing work in an acquaintance's neighborhood and I was given his number. The first red flag was trying to get him to the job in the first place. It was roughly 10 days from when he was scheduled to work till when he actually came.......he has an "excuse" for everything. When they finally showed up, their work was adequate but they forgot to take down one of the several limbs we discussed/agreed upon. It was late in the afternoon and Shane said they would return in the morning to take down the last limb. He asked for payment as his crew is paid daily. Against my better judgement, I paid him the full balance for the job. Needless to say, Shane took the money and ran. Lesson Learned. For the first couple of weeks after reaching out to him he said he would be over the next day to take care of it but has now quit taking my calls or responding to texts. Had I read these reviews on Angie's List I would have never paid him without the job being completed. DO NOT HIRE LOWERY'S TREE SERVICE. I never will again.

The work was ok but Mr. Lowery said he didn't have enough room on his truck to carry away all the debris as promised. Said he would return to pick it up. Never came back. My mistake for paying him and trusting he would do what he said. Talked with him several times. Each time he lied and said he was on his way. Still never came back. I would never hire him again.

They completed all the work except the large tree in the back. Mr Lowery advised he didn't have adequate personnel to safely cut the tree. He stated he would return the next day to finish and requested I pay for the work that had been completed which I did. He never returned to cut the large tree in the back. Thinking about it; my guess is it was more difficult than he originally thought and decided 'to walk away'.

Did everything they promised, great job of cleaning up. They may have been trying to fit too much into a day, and toward the end, a couple of them were less effective and got a little sloppy. (This is the reason for the B on professionalism.)

Went very well.  However, getting trees trimmed is a lot like getting a haircut.  You never know how much to remove and you are never sure that the cost matches the results.  I have used Lowery 2 times now and I feel they are reputable and very reasonable with their pricing.  Their crew is outstanding!  Every limb is tied off and lowered down to the yard.  They are amazing.

He did cut down the trees but left most of the tree debris, did not clean out the gutters and did not replace heavy patio furniture that had to be moved for the work to be down which blocked the door to the garage. We contacted him on the following Monday and he said he would be over  to take care of this. It turns out he was working right next door that day and never bothered to finish what he had contracted to do. A man's word is his bond. We would not use this man again.

I was in the market for a good tree trimmer. ?Shane Lowery knocked on my door at the same time I was asking another company to give a quote. ?Their quote was considerably less and the work that was done was very professional. ?These were great guys and were very appreciate of getting the work. ?The level of service was outstanding.

I have had nunerous tree companies over the years and these people were the best ever ! ?Everything about the job was perfect which is unusual for tree work.

He charged $27 for a stump, which is a killer price.  He was punctual.  He showed up at my door.

We have used them for several years. He didn't do half of what we asked him to do. He was supposed to bring two people and show up at 9:00. He called at 10:00 and said he had overslept, and then he showed up by himself.
