The relationship has been excellent.  Marc's services have been outstanding.  He is friendly and polite yet very business-focused.  He is almost always available.  He always returns calls and e-mails promptly and responsively.  He keeps me abreast of developments or potential developments.  He allows me to engage as much or as little as I like.  His team is highly professional and customer focused.  They are an experienced group who seems to be able to handle any challenge that has been thrown at them -- including a break in, repeated false alarms, short deadlines, and my sometimes limited availability.  Marc is willing to meet me at the property whenever needed even though it is a bit of a haul from his office.  I can COMPLETELY count on him to watch out for my best interests yet I know he is fair, respectful, and careful when dealing with the tenants.  He offers good suggestions and he is a creative problem solver.  He shows impecable judgment in all business matters.  His demeanor and appearance are highly professional.  He shows a tremendous amount of energy and enthusiasm and he is clearly willing to work hard for his fees.  I highly recommend him and his company to anybody who needs help getting their property leased and/or managing it in the mean time.
