KITCHEN ADVANTAGE

John Irwin renovated our. kitchen.  He installed cabinets, counter tops,sink, lighting, and appliances.  Followed regulations for removing existing kitchen.  Installed tile back splash.  Repaired and matched existing hardwood floor.  He installed crown molding and painted kitchen and adjoining home office space.  
He was punctual and stayed on schedule.  He came in on some Saturdays to catch up due to delays caused by bad weather.  He cleaned up each day.
John did several add on jobs.  Replaced damaged sheet rock and insulated.  installed a vented bathroom fan. 
He was congenial easy to work with.   He helped make kitchen that we are enjoying everyday.      

Everything went smoothly, without cost over-runs, and within scheduled one month. Every step of the process was explained to me, and at the end of each work day I was told what would happen the following day, by whom, and at what time. Highest compliments for competence and the steady completion of the work. For a major-investment and a job of such long duration, it matters a lot to me that the people in my house are trustworthy. I also insist that work be done without shortcuts and in compliance with codes and best practices. Kitchen Advantage never disappointed. Good people doing good work.

They were great to work with. The son was very helpful in working with us in picking out all of the design elements in the kitchen. They were very easy to work with and very professional. He had a good design sense about him. His father leads the construction. His father is the manager and does hands-on with the construction. His other son did most of the physical labor. They provided references because we didn't know much about them. We called about 5 of their references. We had never had that type of renovation done before and we were pleasantly surprised. They were here every day at 7:30 in the morning and they put in a full day every day except when they were waiting on something which was rare. They did everything we asked them to do. I was at home during the renovation and anytime something came up, they would come downstairs to have me come and look at it. They were very accommodating. There was one little glitch which I was very upset about. It was something I should have known but it was something that I didn't know was going to look the way it did when it was installed. I talked to them about it the next day and they told me what they could do. It was not a problem and I was so relieved that they didn't say they couldn't change it. They didn't charge any extra and they saw my point. They were very professional, prompt and nice. They were very, very easy to work with. The people they brought in to do the electrical were fabulous and did a very nice job. They handled everything and there were no surprises. We were so lucky that it went so smoothly. We would absolutely use them again. The father also did a small job for us. If they are not extremely busy they will do small jobs.
