The reason I gave them a "C" overall rating is because they got their greasy tools all over my bathroom rug. They also took a nice little nick out of my vanity. My wife was NOT happy at all. If she was giving this review, she'd probably give them an F. But in their defense, they replaced the drain and we've had no problems since. The price was also fair.

They managed to squeeze me in (they always seem to find a way), showed up on time, ran the sewer machine, and were all done in less than an hour. They're always pleasant and professional, and offer good advice.  I've been using them for years and are very happy with the service.

It went great.  I had used Kennedy about 10 years ago and they were the only plumber that I called that could come out right away.

It’s an owner owned company and run by him, so you get to talk to him directly.  Infact, sometimes he comes out and he has got 2 or 3 trucks, which is used by people who do the work.  They are punctual and try to get to you.  They do fast and efficient work.  They are fairly priced, but not the cheapest.  They do good work and stand behind their work.  I have used them for plumbing, heating & air conditioning work and put an attic fan for me.  The quality of their work is good and I have used them over the years.  There has been times, when some didn’t work and they have come back to work right on it and stood by it.  I will continue to use them in future.
