Keller did a wonderful job. Her rate was competitive. I would have liked to pay less, but she charged what the other brokers charged.

She is a great realtor. We had an open house today and had 30 realtors come through the house. Her fee will be 6 percent of the sales price. I am moving to Arizona so I won?t need to use her again.
